Shelf life monitoring through recurring inspection

Hi Please tell me, how can my do shelf life monitoring through recurring inspection.How to do this, can you please explain it step by step.

Activated batch management for a material.

Assigned a batch during GR and SLED is getting displayed at QA32. Now how to get inspection lots created for items which are already crossed expiry date.

Material master 09 is activated, insp[ection plan also maintained. I tried to manuall create lot thru QA07 but inspection lot is not getting generated.

The deadline monitoring program doesn't create lots for expired batches. It creates lots for batches reaching the next inspection date. My guess is that the batches you are working with don't have a "next inspection date" maintained in the batch record, MSC2n.

Edit that and try again. This date is controlled by the inspection interval as mentioned by the previous poster.
