Hi Friends,
We have a requirement.
We have to determine if a generic SAP login id supports user(can be multiple) authentications which can be collected as and when a particular business transaction is recorded after its' completion.

There are lot of ways to determin which tranaction a user has executed.
You can try out SM20/SM21 to find out login and log out info.
Use STAT or ST03N for list of transaction a use has executed (you will have to look around in the tcode to lget the list)
If you want more details activities of a perticual user you can start trace for the perticular user using ST01.

If by "collected" you mean information logged, then yes you can use the Audit Log - SM20
