Hi Gurus,

PO created in SAP ECC MM Module , triggers the EDI or any output mentioned in the Condition records and will be send to SUS in MM-SUS scearion . That is okay. Understood.

We will have mostly MM-SUS scenarion with ECC 6.0 & SRM 7.0.....we will be using...

1. Classic PO - Backend PO created in MM from SRM shopping Cart and

2. Extended Classic PO - created from SRM S/C for Direct Mat or PO directly created in SRM for Indirect Materials

Then can these PO can be send to SUS in MM-SUS sceraio ?

Hi

Classic PO can any way be sent to SUS using MM-SUS interface. Problem is extended classic PO which generally get outputted from SRM itself. You can still output this PO from ECC if required.

That will need a Modification in your system where you will ve to disable the PO output from SRM by disabling the class which triggers the output and set up message output determination of these POs in ECC.

Refer to OSS Note 883693 for more details.

Thanks Virendra .

I maintained condition record in MM for the classic PO. Wene we create the PO manually in ME21 with same paratmeter , system triggers output from this condition record. But when the classic PO created from shopping Cart ,system do not trigger any output .

Why this so ?

Hi

Seems there is something wrong in either Message determination for the Purchase Order Document Type in your classic PO case. Or check the Condition records for the same output type.

Classic PO shall work exactly same as Local PO (in ECC)......There is nothing else required in case of Classic PO

Did output type trigger from PO(check messages for this PO)? if yes, did that create an outbound IDoc to SUS?
