contract billing

Hi

i've created a servicecontract (wv1) which is aperiodic billing, as my billing plan get created automatically for say 12 monthsis as i've mentioned the billing date as 1st of every month ...

now my scenario: how can i combine 3 different invoice( as per my billing plan ) in a single invoice which will show 3 different line item .

Hi,

By maintaining relavent routinue in copy control we can acheive.

Check your routine from sales doc to billing doc

I want to know the purpose of that ?

If you just want to combine some billing documents together, maybe you can try to use invoice list function.

reason is because system create invoice every month as per the billing plan ........but if i want to give the invoice on every 2 month basis that is i've to combine two lineitem in a singleinvoice showing one lline item as invoice of a paritcular month
