My Requirment is i want to compare the data in cube/dso with different source systems

Can i load data into cube/dso with different source systems?

or is there any another method to follow

i think yes you can compare data from different source system

you can make one universe based on one source system

and another universe based on the other source system

in webi you can create one reports with 2 different queries, each one based on universe for each source.

its easy,

but you need to take care of login credentials for the connection used by each universe.
