Replication problem: GUID_FOR_LOGSYS_CHANGED

Hi all,

we have a problem with the replication of customizing objects.

Current situation:

We have a SRM 5.0 and a SRM 7.0 connected with a ECC 6.0. Everything is fine and we have no problems. Now we want to connect both SRM systems with a second ECC 6.0 with EhP4.

The configuration of RFC, ALE and middleware with the new ECC show no problems. After this we start the initial download of DNL_CUST_BASIS3 but the data stop in inbound queue of both SRM systems with SYSFAIL=GUID_FOR_LOGSYS_CHANGED.

I find the SAP note 588701 and 765018 but they don´t help us.The second ECC 6.0 is a new installation - no system copy or client copy!

Is there anyone who can help us?

Thank you in advanced.

Best regards

Michael

Hello Michael,

So, you confirm logical system GUID assigned to your R/3 logical system in CRMMLSGUID SRM table and CRMPRLS R/3 table are the same ?

Indeed, Middleware checks those two tables.

Hello Laurent,

there is no entry for the new ECC in table CRMMLSGUID in SRM. Only the old ECC has an entry in this table.

Hello Laurent,

we solve the problem.

I checked the table CRMPRLS in both ECC systems and the GUID was the same. Then we check the table in a third client of ECC 6.0 IDES and also this client has the same GUID. We think that all ECC 6.0 IDES systems has this GUID. So we have delete the entry in table CRMPRLS and start a new replication. And now it works!

Thank you for support.

Have a nice weekend!

Best regards

Michael
