BPM Error

Hi ,

I have a problem in BPM scenario. (Through Bpm it is creatiing Materail and Purchase order)

When i check messages in sxmb_moni for that particular interface and click on Outbound .There is Queue when i double click on the queue it is giving the status as SYS FAIL(Permannet Error in BPE inbound processing)). So matrials and Purchase orders are not getting created ? What might be be the problem? How can i resolve this?
