NWDS TO NWDI

Hi Everybody,

I have a problem here like we developed some views in the local machine(NWDS) but now we need to work on NWDI.So, anybody help me out in this how we need to use the view (which is availble in Local Machine) in NWDI DC.

Hi William,

NWDI means tracks created in the server to load the code.

Actually, NWDI is the SAP Version of VSS or CVS where you can store

the code.

But it has two enhanced functions, you can deploy the code from NWDI track

and you can transport it from one track to other track.

NWDI Configuration is available in SAP Help.

Hi William,

You need to first create track in NWDI then import it in NWDS. then you need to follow the procedure for Migrating Local Web Dynpro Projects to the NWDI as per above. search for NWDI setup fpr more details. refer to
