RFx Approve / Reject Email notification

Hi,

We are working on SRM 7.0. Is it possible to send an automatic email notification to the buyers when the RFx has been approved or rejected by the approvers??

There is customizing setting "Define Recipient of Notifications" in IMG. Please check it.

Rejection notifications can be sent to the creator of the document by Configuring "Acceptance by Contact Person" in Process level configurations in Workflow Configurations in SRM.

Create an Event where BRF Expression will check if the document Status is REJECTED . Assign a Task Id as well . This task can be used in the Offline Approval Notification program variant.

You may develop a custom notification in Document Save BADI when the BID is finally APPROVED or REJECTED, use Function modules for generating emails to the respective recipients.
