Blocking of Clearing Transaction in PROD for 3 weeks

Dear all,

we are in a process of Document Split migration on PROD , so that users do not carry out any clearing activity in PROD.

We plan to block the below t-code on PROD.

FBRA, F13E , F110 , F.13, F-31 , F-04 , F.19, F110S, F-51, F-52 ,F-03 , F-39 , FBRC , F-44 , F-28, F-13 , F-30 , F-54 , F-06 , F-26, FB15, F-32 , F-42 , F-07.

Kindly suggest how can i block the t-codes for 3 weeks.

Hi ,

If its for all users until you resolve your issues and have the business approvals

use SM01( Basis transaction) to lock those transactions.

I havent faced a situation like this before.

Another possibility is find the roles which have those transaction and expire those roles, but the roles might have other transactions to use.

HI,

I have locked using SM01for blocking t-code,but its shows eg Transaction F-03 is locked (in transaction SM01) , is it possible to disable (in transaction SM01) . Bcoz user can aware about SM01.

Remove SM01 from all users except for security and basis team. There is no way other users should be having this transaction.

Mentioned T-code as been blocked in SM01.
