Return orders workflow configuration...

Hi,

In my requirement there is a custom order type ZRE for return sales orders. It needs to undergo approval everytime and hence a workflow is in place.

I am not able to find how the workflow triggering is associated with this order type ? Also the issue is workflow is not triggered.

Now how do I analyze further to resole the issue of workflow not being triggered.

Any pointers ?

Check Update Document Flow TICK in all the copy controls used.
