Customer Master Data is sent to Non-SAP System using change pointers. A customer was created for a sales org. After sometime the customer's country was changed. Now when I look at the BDCP table I see that the change pointers created for status Insert (I) for general data has been processed. Processing of the IDoc has errored out during the background job processing. Now after setting the things properly for the customer I try to send the IDoc but this time it is creating with MSGFN 004.
I would like to know where I can see the Idoc initially processed? IDoc will be created if there is problem with the data? If only master IDoc is created then I would like to know where I can see it. However, I am able to see the subsequent IDocs.
