PR05-Settle-wrong year

Hi

I have insert a travel in period 8/2010, but when settling, I get the settlement period:

51 (=payroll area) - 8 2009

The FI document has the correct period and year 8/2010 regardless whether changing the year in PR05 or not.

Do anybody know where I can change the year in travel manager?

Hi,

The value in the pop-up when you settle the trip, depends on your entry in transaction PA03 for the specific payroll area.

Hi Vela,

Each trip is assigned to a period (for example, a monthly period) when it is recorded and goes through accounting. This period serves as a selection criterion during further editing. The payroll subunit is used to determine the begin and end dates of the editing period.

The editing period has two functions:

- The period is stored along with the trip when a trip is initially recorded.

- If no entry is made in the period fields, the period which contains the current date for the payroll subunit specified is used.

the travel period is August 2010 and the insert is correct in travel manager, but when I settle the travel I get a small window with travel period August 2009 and not 2010.

The question is, how to get the correct year when settling? I could not find anything in customizing.
