RF Guns problem

Hi Guys

Whenever RF guns had a error message (e: verrouillage OT) as the users wanted to scan the TOs numbers.

we must login in SAP individually with every user id in order to interrupt (Kill) the opened Session on the scanner(RF Gun)

Then one could start the connection again and further work on it.

is there any possiblity to solve this problem:?(Without entering to SAP)

I believe when you log on to your Rf gun then it must be taking you to standard Rf transaction LM00. Can you please tell me what error you are receving in detail?
