Problem in quotation creation in VA21, order quantity becoming 0

Hello,

I am creating quotation in VA21 t-code. While saving, the order quantity becomes 0 and the quantity field in Line item becomes grey (non modifiable) with 0 quantity

Can you suggest why this is,

In your Quotation Item Category, please check if "Schedule lines Allowed" is checked or not. If it is not checked then the Quantity will be zeroed and grayed out when saving.

Hi Rajiv

it is reason for the schedule line. you should go to your item category configuration from the path of SD >> sales >> sales documents >> sales document item >> define item categories >>>>> select your item category used in your doc. in the item category configuration screen, it will be solved if you change the schedule line as allowed by selecting it.
