I use sap ECC6 SP3, Then run t-code DB13 select Full database online + Redu log and select BRARCHIVE option -sd
- Backup to disk success but action log BRARCHIVE dupplicate the below detail.

You may have 3 system landscape or may be two, is this issue also occurs in other systems?
Can you try the archive log backup from OS level and check whether you are getting the duplicate lines?
also try to upgrade the brarchive tool?

So what you want to know about that ? Check the logs from DB12 for offfline & archive backup.
