Hello, In my web application, we use SAP Netweaver 6.4 as application framework. When modify any existing jsp or creat a new jsp and deploy in the application and test the related jsp page, we get the error "Can not find or initialize JSP instance" under the title Error 500 Internal Server Error. But when access and test the page after some time(nearly 30minutes), the page appears without giving any error and sometimes the page appers when the server is restarted. What can be the root of this error?
Hello,
I suggest you to update the JDK to 1.4.2_27.
Regarding the notes, here they are:

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I will forward this to my admin team for updating the version to 1.4.2_27.
In meantime can you please explain me the difference between these 2 version.
Actually we have two environments- QA environment and Production envioronment. In both the environment the version we use is 1.4.2_11. But the problem is there only in the production environment. If the problem was due to version 1.4.2_11, it would appear on both QA and production envioronment. Please clarify if we still need to update with 1.4.2_27. Also let me know if you need any other details from my side.

Hello Girija Senapati
Normally this error is shown whern the is a wrong java version installed. Please, be sure you are using a 1.4.2 version and an updated release. What is your OS system? For example, if you have a Windows, Linux or Solaris you can check note 716604 regarding the correct JDK version to be used.
Note 718901 can also helps you to change it.
I hope this helps you.

Blanca
