trfc error on backend system while run load from BI

Hi team,

When BI team run load for ECC system , the load got failed as the tRFCs are failed at ECC side(SM58) with status "java.lang.NullPointerException"

Also, Instead of BI system it picked up a wrong target system(it picked a RFC created for non SAP system).

I have validated RFC connections between BI and ECC. Gateways are fine.

Please let us know how can we correct this issue and reprocess the tRFC.

But I have found the root cause. recently someone changed the port entry on ECC side. Thanks

Hi ,the error java.lang.NullPointerException usually comes if you have set UP the UDI connection to MSSQL server for example ...

Why you use this RFC for load ? Try to check who change this RFC last time, and what has changed in the overall?
