Regarding Transportation?

Hello All,

I developed two scenarios in Xi Dev system (XI 3.0 SP 19), Now client want to transport the objects to production.

so now which is the best option to transport, i know we have file transport and CTS transport.

can we do file transport with out installing any software in XI system, if we need to install please let me know the details.

I know about CTS transportation.
