STSA - Outbound Delivery - ASN Issue

Hi,

Following is our process flow.

1. STSA ( Stock transport scheduling agreement )

2. Outbound delivery based on STSA

3. ASN from OBD (Step 2)

4. Inbound delivery created based on ASN from step 3.

Now, we see a problem during ASN Outbound. We see that E1EDL41 segment not getting filled up. Further analysis reveals that E1EDL41 is filled by VBKD table details. In case of STO, there will be no VBKD data as it is a MM document.

Please suggest if there are any OSS notes, config and finally if there are any exits through which E1EDL41 can be filled up in STO process.

I am not a Techie, but let me try and help you.

Can you try setting E1EDL41-QUALI to '003' ( suggesting that there is no preceding sales document) and see? See OSS note

1161130 - DELVRY03 - Predecessor data looked for when not required.

Also if you are working in a Decentralized WMS scenario, you can take a look at a couple OSS notes:

795584 - No E1EDL41 and E1EDL43 in DESADV IDoc from decentralized WMS

1274050 - No E1EDL41/E1EDL43 in DESADV IDoc from decentralized WMS (2)

922776 - No E1EDL43 in the DESADV IDoc from decentralized WMS (STO)

Hi

Yes.. We are exploring using OSS 795584 - No E1EDL41 and E1EDL43 in DESADV IDoc from decentralized WMS. This has other prerequisite OSS notes as well.

In our case, previous document exists and its a STO. SO, OSS 795584 seems to be the right option.
