Previous Comments Doesn't Work for 2nd level approver and 3rd

Hey all,

Issue: Previous Comments from Initiating manager are seen by 1st approver.

1st approvers comments are not seen by 2nd approver. (upon selecting Back to Author)

Initiating manager is unable to see the 1st and 2nd approvers Comments.

This is working in dev though, All the transports related to form have been moved to QA.

Please suggest if i should be looking at any note or any Config is missing.

There is a note about this. Just saw it today as a matter of fact. Something to do with "back to Author" or loops/branches. Don't recall the exact note right off but do a search on "Comments" or "Note" with the application area PA-AS.
