workflow doesn't process after changing SC from hold to order

Hi

I am facing with the following problem.

Lets say I am ordering one apple.

I am choosing as "Account Assignment Category" a WBS element

and keep the "assigned to" field empty and holding this SC instead of ordering.

Later I am editing this SC again and entering a WBS Element Number into the empty field.

As far as I have noticed the "Approval Preview" shows the s ame approvers as prior.

The workflow doesn't process after I have changed the SC. What can cause this error.

I need your support

Hello,

In case of AC workflow:

Are you using badi workflow? Check if it is returning the correct approver.

Check start conditions in SWB_COND.

Hi

Check if workflow is at all getting activated for this SC using SWI6.

If you are using Process controlled workflow, check SLG1 logs for evaluations of your bRF expressions whether the schema and process level are getting activated or not....

One more thing, check whether Object Type LInkage is active or not in SWE2

Hi,

thanks for your helps.The problem is still existing since the SC is placed on hold. When I order directly there is no roblem.

Make sure the workflow is getting triggered as a first step, Tran SWI6
