element missing error message

hello

we are having a issue with our payment process with the Q payment. we are getting the following messages when we run our payment proecss

F0251 In form ZF110_IN_AVIS_US / window MAIN , the element 610-Q (Text-Q) is missing

F0253 Output of the relevant forms is defective

I have added the element 610-q in the MAIN window but we are still getting the errors. I haved checked the code using the SE71 - form - check - texts and everything is okay

the sequence on the elements in the ,main windows is as follows

i am not sure what else to check. does anyone have any other suggestions that I could try
