CEN alerts generation

Hello All,

We have configured CEN alerts. All of the sudden, the alerts are not being transferred to the CEN and niether tehy are getting generated. I can see the status of the MTE and it shows the current status but does not generate the Alerts.

The job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is running on the sattelite system. Also we are getting the following logs in CCMS Selfmonitoring * Could not set alert status for auto-reaction method (RC = 103), MTE: BID SAP_CCMS_sapbid_BID_02*.

And if i try to execute the Method manually in Dialog more it hangs with the following details:

[Central Autoreaction] CEN_CHECKED Running.

Please advise. I have troubleshooted this issue for 2 days now.

P.S The alerts from rest of the systems are working well except just one system

Hello Experts,

Any thoughts on this please. No clue even after raising the message to SAP.

Just to apprise again, when I click DISPLAY Alerts buttons, no alerts are displayed in CEN niether in local system.

Please share your direction and thoughts.

Hi,

I have found solution to this.

In RZ20, goto to your monitor set -> satellite system.

Tab Extras -> Activate Maintenance function

Select your MTE/Node in which you are having issues.

Tab Edit -> Nodes (MTE) -> Reset.

Check 'properties' and then re-assign autoreaction method. It shows READY status now.
