Hi
I have sales unit and base unit of measures are different which are defined in material master. When I create a sales order, in condition tab, I can see the conversion value between condition unit and base unit. But when I create order related proforma invoice, conversion factor is not copied in condition tab there, though it works fine with delivery related proforma invoice.
What could be the reason.

Hi Neeraj,
Go to VTFL (copy controls) and give the order typr and billing type. Select the relevant item category and go to detail screen. You have fiield "PricingExchRate type" which I think should be = A. Just check this.

Hi,
one scenerio could be -
you're using the delivery related Pro Forma (F8 - I think!). Better check copy control again at item level --- TANN (if this is the one you're using). Else, check the F8 billing document type if the document pricing procedure is blank or tallies with the document pricing procedure in the sales doc type.

Raj
