SAPGUI for Java- Display attachments

Hi Experts,

We are using SAPGUI for JAVA on Linux environment only on the user PC and I need to know if somebody has problems when try display another document like invoiced image scanned from SAP with archivelink.

Our front-end hangs up when we try showing these attachments.

Hey Pedro,

Maybe I misread what you wrote, but are you trying to upload the document and the file system browser applet never loads after using the options in the Services for Object menu? I've seen this happen before when the user logged in on that machine failed to accept the signed certificate from the ECC system. The workstation will not launch the signed applet if that happens.

Hello Pedro,

please enable tracing according to [note 683960|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/683960] and add trace keys DESKTOP, INFO, GMUX and C_GMUX.

Then perform the steps, which should result in displaying the document.

Finally <a target="_blank" href="https://service.sap.com/message">create a support message</a> on component BC-FES-JAV, describe the steps how to reproduce and add the trace file as attachment.
