difference of cleared stocks in QA33 and MB51

Hi

In qa32 for a specific order it is showing out of 500, 499 have been moved to unrestricted use and 1 for sample usage.Where as in MB51 for the same order only 449 are posted with movement type 321 and 1 for sample use and the balance 50 it is still showing under QI.Even though QA cleared why it is not been posted with 321 movement type.Please help.

Hi,

It means Qty 50 have not been posted and still remain in Quality, use usage decision with history and make the stock posting.

go to QA32, remove insp. start and end end date, enter material and plant.

select inspection lot with and without ud option on initial screen. f8

select 'quantity to be posted' column. here u can see quantity which is pending for posting even though it's UD is done.

in 'quantity to be posted ' column is there no quantity ?

if 321 has happened then stock will definately move to unrestricted stock.

Check again in Tcode MMBE, QA32

Inspection lot will be partially result recording for usage decision
