Access abap webdynpro without login

Is it possible for user to access the customized abap webdynpro without login to the ESS portal?

Although technically possible, you should really make sure that your license covers this situation. Have a disucssion with your account executive and review your contract with SAP. Often anonymous access to business applications is not covered and can lead to problems later during a license audit.

That depends on your requirement how you want your user to access the application. If you provide them a direct link for the application then they need not to log in to the portal or you can create a custom t code for your application and provide the t code top your users.

e.g. I have create a abap webdynpro in SE80, then what should I do in order to allow employee to access this WDP directly?

Hi. You can include your WD application into SAP GUI menu. But user either way have to login in the browser. If you want to turn off entering login and password for all, you can use t code SICF.
