Purchase order xxxxxx does not contain items for a stock transfer

Dear expert,

I create a stock transport order, T-code ME21N, then go to VL10B to create a outbound delivery and VL02N to PGI. But the system has error: "Purchase order xxxxxx does not contain items for a stock transfer" and I can't PGI.

How to solve this problem. I follow OSS Note 14912, but It hasn't T-code OMGN and it still open.

Please give me a hand.

Hello,

1. Does the item have a shipping tab in the PO

2. Has the stock been issued already or has a DN been created already.

Hi Kelly,

You need confirm and release your STO doc. After creating STO, go to me22n to change the doc. and you need to define confirmation control screen in item level by defining delivery date and quantity with CC (confirmation category). after all, you can create outbound delivery from vl10b.

Another reason for your proble, maybe picking status and WM status is ok in vl02n screen? please check the status?

Hi,

Please check Purchase Order History tab in ME22N.By mistake, if plant to plant delivery has already happen or Partial delivery already done, then this type of issues may come..

Yes even then pl check and also verify stock is available or not in supplying plant.
