Hello Guys,
Its the first time i am using the forum so really sorry if i am posting in wrong place.
I work for a company which have a range of chemical products with expiry date. My interesting is, if anybody know any trick which could be add into APO as Alert Monitor to inform when the expiry product is due instead make a manual inventory check every month.

But with alerts i guess you will receive individual mail alerts for each and every product. Is that ok with users, having one alert mail for one product?
I would rather suggest to go for a report which collects all products which are due in a week and attach the list and send a mail to respcetive users.
You may have running this report weekly once.

Hi,
I think you can create the Macro where put the condition as per your business requirement , create the background job where you can define the steps where add the EMAIL address of users to get the Alerts / Information for Expiry products.
