Restart the workflow

Hi,

We are implemented SRM 7.0 BRF workflow. The agents are determined based on /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER with some custom FM. Last week we had some issue with organization structure to determine the approvers. We resolved it later.

But during the time all create PO is in below status "Strategy Z_PO_REQUESTER_MGR_FND did not determine any approver".

Can you please let me know how to fix this issue. I tried restart the workitem using SWPR. Also we are unable to edit out PO.

This note explains how to get around this message and once this is done, purchase order will be ready for edition.
