Easy cost planning template to totalling up cost

Good day,

I wonder if any one can help me with this. I am trying to create a template for easy cost planning using characteristic with data type currency. The problem is that when I try to use this characteristic in CKCM, I can't seem to get it right. I simply want to be able to enter an estimated cost for each characteristics on my project and I also want these cost to sum up and give me a total project cost. I could enter these amounts but they were not summing up to give me the total cost of the project. Can someone give me the steps on how to edit the easy cost planning template to achieve this?

as reference to your this thread, i am also getting same type of problem i.e. total up of cost of all characteristic. Please share the solution with me.. it will be gr8 help for me..
