could not cancel migo

Hi, done GR and stock is existing under quality stock. Now wants to cancel the GR and the system is not allowing me to cancel MIGO. Pls advise how to cancel migo when stock is at quality insp level or unres insp level. Pls advise.

Hi,

You can reverse the orginal Document ( STO/PO) through the MIGO -T-code even when stock is in quality

Please select the -Quality inspection stock --Stock type --in Where tab of MIGO

Use t.code MIGO by choosing cancel GR ...This will solve ur issue....

If stock is still lying in quality and you have not done UD as well stock posting then you should be able to cancel document through MBST or MIGO cancel. System will put lot in cancel status.

If you are getting error during cancel let us know.

If the stock is still in quality , then you can cancel the material document by using' t-code MBST.

Then, system will automatically set the insp lot status as "LTCA" for lot cancellation.
