Multiple selection Shift & Control

Hi all,

In my webdynpro application.The only option was to select multiple records with SHIFT and deselect records with CTRL.

Is there any funtionnality in order to keep the selection by CTRL only ?

Using Ctrl should allow you to multi-select as well as deselect - it is very strange that you can't do this.

If you definitely can't do this I'd suggest raising a message to SMP - as it is certainly supposed to allow you to do this.

I talk about the selection in the ALV. Is it the same ?

Definitely works for me in ALV.

Try using a standard ALV application e.g. one of the demo apps, see if it is something you may have coded in your particular implementation (although I can't see how you could code for this behaviour).

Also worth checking that the browser you are using is fully supported - i.e. WebKit browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc) aren't currently supported, although they work for most functionality. check the PAM - [Product availability Matrix - needs SMP login|http://service.sap.com/PAM] to see if that might be the cause.

In recent post - someone mentioned that there is a SAP note for this behavior - although it's pretty old - so may/may not be the issue:

Is it possible that your release is at this level - looks like 7.01 SP1 to 3 has the issue but is corrected in 7.01 SP4.
