Hi Everyone,
I want to have bottom up budgeting in Fund Management.
For example I have 3 fund centers
Fund Center 1 = 1.1
Fund Center 2 = 1.1.1
Fund Center 3 =1.1.2
Budget assigned to Fund Center 1.1.1 & 1.1.2 should not exceed budget assigned in fund center 1.1. Further, when I assign budget to 1.1.1 & 1.1.2, budget amount should automatically flow to superior level fund center 1.1.
Thereafter If I go & change the budget of Fund Center 1.1, system should always check that budget for fund center 1.1 is always more than total of budget assigned to Fund 1.1.1 & 1.1.2
It is possible, if yes, then how?
Point for consideration - Budgeting will be done for each fund center
Thanks & regards,
Manish
thanks!

Even in Multi-strucuture budget, system does not check that at any point of time budget at lower level Fund Center should not exceed the budget at upper level.
It is a practical situation which system does not checking. Can anybody help in resoving teh issue.

Use the superior funds center concept. In FMSA in the hierarchy variant tab agaisnt your standard hierarchy variant give the superior funds center.
