Dear Gurus,

I have created a sceduling agreement with wrong document type and save it, system assign a number on it in PRD.

Can anyone suggest the solution to retain the same number if I again create the document with correct document type.

As you would be aware normally document number range for SD would be based on object what you maintain in VN01 and assigned to the corresponding document type.

In your case, if the system is fetching a wrong document type, then check in VOV8 for your scheduling agreement type and check what number range object is assigned. Check in VN01 and select the object what you want to generate and assign it in VOV8.
