SC as per Purchaser in SOCO- BADI

Hi Everyone,

I need to change the view in SOCO. The requirement is that for a particluar purchasing group, only the SC's assigned to that particular group should be visible & not all the SC's.

I believe we can restrict the view using a BADI BBP_WF_LIST. Can anyone please guide me with some sample coding for the same.

Hi Bhakti

Sourcing cockpit will display SC for all PGrps as the role gives that access.

If you are using SRM 7.0, you may default the purchase group in the POWL Query which is searching the open shopping carts and make that field non editable for users.

Another option is with the badi you mentioned. Use the interface BBP_WF_LIST_SOCO . In method IT_SOS_ITEMLIST of this interface, filter the list based on the purchase group criteria as per your requirement
