Can we test RFC lookup from IR?

Hi All,

Can we test RFC Lookup from IR-Message mapping? If yes How?

Like we can test Graphical mapping in test tab of Message Mapping.

Yes we can, it's very simple.

Once you are done with your mapping just see the output by displaying the queue on mapping editor itself, need not to go on test tab infact test tab will not show the RFC Lookup results.

But still i can not get "displaying the queue on mapping editor".

How to do this step? I did not see any Queue button on mapping editor.

Right click on RFC Lookup on mapping editor and press the display queue, there you will see the results returned by RFC.

But when I am displaying queue.

I am getting POPUP window saying -->

Problem When Displaying Queue

Cannot perform RFC lookup

Can you please guide how to resolve this?

Since RFC Lookup in run time uses Receiver RFC adapter.

I tested RFC adapter is configured properly.

Just check all the inputs to your RFC Lookup are correct. May be just for testing use the constants to RFC input rather using the actual source field inputs.
