Dear Gurus,
What settings should I make to get a warning message if I forgot to enter a result during results recording.
Regards,
MaX
u can manage this by using 'User status'
create user status and try
status 1 : Results not recorded - Access usage decision warning/ forbidden (for error)
status 2 : Results recorded -Access usage decision allowed
apply this user status in inspection type
if u don't record any result and directly take ud systen will give u warning/error.

Hi,
If you foreget to do Result Recording , It will give information message if missed the Result recording for some of characteristcs.
Then you can easily understand that " Result Recording " is missing.
Please let us know, if you need any specific requirement
Thanks

Hi,
I don't think there is nay setting for missing results
but at the time of user decision program will not alow you to do the UD if you do not have proper authorization to do the force UD.
It will give information message if u missed the Result recording for some of characteristcs.

There is no warning that I'm aware of. You would probably have to use a user exit to check for that. In many labs results are inputted by multiple people or at different times as test are completed. So SAP doesn't have any switches for that that I'm aware of.
