ChaRM- Current processor is not saved

Hello,

We are using SDCR and SDHF tickets. Any time I take a ticket from someone else, a pop-up windows, asking me whether I want to take that message. We accept and save the ticket.

However, when go to the Business Partner tab we see that the SDCR0004 business partner function is not filled with any BP. If we go out, and access the ticket for the second time, again the same pop-up question comes out.

Is there anything wrong with customizing.

Dear forumer,

In the IMG the part where ScenarioSpecific Settings ,charm, Extended Configuration, change Transaction, change Transaction Types, Make Settings for Change Trasaction Types, create Procedure Type

choose the affected transaction type , such as sdhf,

Specify copy of current user you can delete the record from there.

Sorry for the delay. I want to have the current user updated in SDCR ticket. I do not want to remove that customizing from the table. The problem I have is that it is not working with SDCR ticket while it works with SDHF ticket. Any idea why?
