Cost log error

I have an issue here regarding the usage of the Project builder.

Whenever we add a new activity and save it then we get an error saying that error in budget check see cost log.

But the same addition of activity can be done and saved successfully if we use project structure planning CJ20

There is sufficient budget in the project also.

Availability control is active.

The budget is still half consumed for every WBS element.

Hi,

Whenever you add a new activity do you schedule the project before saving it? Also check the error log details and share it in the forum to get better responses.

Hello Gokul and Anjali,

I schedule the project using the extrapolate dates function in PPB and then save.

Firstly the error wasnt coming during the process of the project run but nowadays it has started.

I have also done budget reconstruction CJBN

Please check if the error log shows same WBS/Network you are trying to add activity or some other in CJ20N
