Activate Shipping reports (SIT) in SD

Hello gurus,

I have a problem with tx: MCUA, MCUB, MCUC, MCUD, MCUE and MCUF, when I execute these reports the error says: No data exists for chosen selection. Message no. M5017.

I already activate (LIS) Logistics Info Sys and they work fine, but I cannot find where to activate the shipping reports.
