Hello All,

I am trying to get information on Returnable Transport Items. I have a requirement to implement this process, but there is no clear explanation anywhere.

Any documentation on this topic or direction will be very helpful.

Hello Chandrasekhar,

I have already gone through the process you mentioned before but I am looking for the other end of this process. I have packaging material that I was to send to a customer and want to keep track of them. Rather than act as a customer and manage stock I want to process on the vendor side.

OK, then you should work with 'Empties Management '. Empties are a special type of returnable packaging. You can only use Empties Management if you have activated the Enterprise Add-On EA-CP in Customizing in the IMG activity Activate SAP ECC Extensions.
