Caption UI element (Web Dynpro for ABAP)

Hi,everyone.

I have met a problem on displaying Caption UI Element in a View.

I enroll "<font color='red><b>HELLO</b></font>"

as caption's text attribute to show the text with this properties(HTML tag) in a view.

This is corretly working in design time, but it is not correctly work in runtime.

I really want to use some ui element with HTML Tag.

Is there any other ui element in WDA?

Hi Etnaya,

For security reason we do not allow html tags to be included into text attributes. It's interesting that according to your description it was not prevented by the design time. My advise is not to use such an undocumented feature as we will certainly fix all those occurrences over time. Best thing to do is to file in an oss ticket if you ever happen to come across such a place.
