Order line cancellation and qty

Hello,

What is the typical SAP behaviour when an order line is being cancelled - the order doesn't have a qty any longer (it is not = 0)?

Hello US,

Thank you. Actually the issue is related more to integration with other system and the informaiton I got is that:

"If we have an order in SAP where we set reason for rejection, SAP standard does NOT send any order qty for that item."

I wonder if it is really a SAP standard?

Hi Casarita,

In that case, order will be open and you can use it anyways as you use a normal sales order. It will behave as a normal open sales order.
