Budget exceeds error in INR

Hi ,

My controlling area currency is INR.

I budgeted a project in USD while creating a PO in USD I am getting budget exceed error shown in INR the error must be in USD.

I am unable to change project currency in WBS as there are multiple company codes for one controlling area.

Pl sugest.

Hi Shrikrishna,

Now you can do the following changes in the budget profile and test whether it is working?

Under Availability Control Parameters:

Availability check Control as "1" and also check Object Currency

Budget Currency Parameters:

Check Object Currency.

Pl. update the result.

Hi Srikrishna,

In Tr.Code: OKKP -Activate Project Management in Controlling Area,

Choose your CO Area, and open the screen of "Activate Components/Control Indicators" then check for

whether "All Currencies" indicator is checked or not.

What is the currency you are using in the budget profile? Check that.
