Ordered quantity not getting updated in quality info record

Hi All,

Quality inspection is active for incoming lots, and materail quality view is updated accordingly. Quality Info record is created with release qty and status profile.

But for few materials on creating the purchase orders, the Ordered Qty in Q info record is not getting updates and so is the status profile during GR.

Unable to debug the reason. Kindly hlep.

Please check the material master QM view of those materials.Whether "QM proc. active" tick is set or not.If not set it and then check.

Hi,

"QM Proc Active" tick is active in Material master and "Release qty is active" in Q info for that material n vendor, still there is problem in ordered qty updation in Q info record.

when u enter any quantity in released quantity, click on reset on date and then check.

please check whether u are creating PO for same Material, vendor , plan and rev. combination.
