Authorization of vd01.

Dear All,

We want to provide authorization of T-code VD01 to User, in this authorization user should create only Ship to Party code not Sold to Party.

In the selection he can select(display) only Ship to Party.

Please suggest how it can done.

Hi,

Check what auth.object that you have available for VD01 with tcode SU24. If it's no possible, try to implement it with enhancement SAPMF02D.

Hi,

Coordinate with your basis person and explain your requirement clearly to him.

Every user will have a specific authorization object assigned. So basis person can restrict the authorizations for him.

In your case , you specify to basis person to restrict authorization for account groups.

other wise, create a new account group Ship to party, and restrict the user to use only that a/c group with help of basis .
