WMMBXY Idocs

Hi Experts,

I need to develop an object for QI stock posting using WMMBXY idocs. I will get the data from files and I need to create Inbound idocs. Can some one help me, which function module is used for creating WMMBXY inbound idocs. Also let me know what are the mandatory data we need to pass to the function module.

Hi,

don't use this one - it;s an old one

the new one is called MBGMCR02 (process code BAPI)

and you can find many examples in BAPI docu on how to use it for all material movements

We use this also in R/3 4.7.

Process code is WMMB.

Should we change this?

Hi Stefan,

sure it works - in like 30% of MBGMCR02 cases

PI 2.0 also works probably somewhere hehe:)

kidding of course

if you have the old one there is no need to change but with new ones I'd start with MBGMCR02
