RFC destinations to SAP for SDCCN errors

Hi,

This is regarding the errors in EWA report. We have configured EWA in SAP Solution Manager successfully and EWA report is getting generated. However, we found the following errors in section 3.4.3 SAP Solution Manager Functionality:

Service Data Download Center

SDCCN settings are not maintained properly

RFC destinations to SAP for SDCCN errors

Service Session Workbench

RFC destinations to SAP for SDCCN errors

Service Plan

RFC destinations to SAP for SDCCN errors

EarlyWatch Alert

RFC destinations to SAP for SDCCN errors

Can any one assist me in fixing the above errors and why these errors are showing though the EWA configuration is successful?

For these errors, please kindly ensure that the note 763561, especially point 11 and 12 has been verified.

Are all of the connections for your satellite systems configured and working properly?

When you run the DSWP self diagnosis, are the lights for General Infrastructure ->SDCCN green?
